We are like a little rooster family. A group of enthusiasts. It all stems from our restaurant Kohout NA VÍNĚ and the Zámecký Penzion Kopeček. One thing led to another, and Robert Frantel and the KNV crew, led by Matúš Spišák, put together another establishment - a bistro. In the morning, enjoy a great breakfast with specialty coffee, a hearty lunch, or a tasty dinner with a glass of wine, an exquisite gin tonic selection, and a rich tapas menu. We are an establishment with many faces, changing throughout the day to meet your needs.

Kohout NA VÍNĚ is a restaurant and wine bar located in the prestigious premises of the House of Arts in Brno. Its driving force is a team of young people with a clear goal – a satisfied guest. The tools they use are primarily a smile, willingness, and friendliness, as well as expert knowledge and professionalism, all lightened by a family atmosphere and friendly approach. The staff's enthusiasm is reciprocated by the trust of regular corporate and private guests, as well as repeatedly winning 1st place in the prestigious Gourmet Brno in 2022 and 2021 in the Best Restaurant category.

Our base and first establishment. Thirty years of existence and providing excellent services. The Kopeček Restaurant and Guesthouse is located in the Moravian Karst region - Rájec-Jestřebí. From Monday to Friday, we serve a lunch menu and hold themed tasting evenings once a month. Comfortable accommodation is, of course, provided.
